FAQ
Yes. Our training is delivered through HRD Corp-registered training partners. Registered employers can claim under the Skim Bantuan Latihan KHAS scheme. We assist you with the e-TRiS application before the training date and provide the required PSMB/SBL-Khas/JD/14 form for claim submission after completion. On confirmation of your booking, we’ll share the specific training provider details required for your HRD Corp application.
The full course runs 2 consecutive days, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day. It is a physical, hands-on programme — not residential. We typically run it at your workplace so that your team trains in the actual environment they’ll respond in.
For effective hands-on learning, we recommend a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 25 participants per session. Larger teams can be split across multiple cohorts.
The course can be delivered in English or Bahasa Malaysia, depending on your participants’ preference. Materials are provided in both languages.
